Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Malaysian public holidays). You’ll get a tracking number by email once your parcel ships.

Delivery times (after shipping)
- West Malaysia: 2 to 4 working days
- East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan): 3 to 7 working days
- International: 5 to 14 working days, depending on the country and customs
These are estimates from our couriers. Delays can happen during sales periods, festive seasons and bad weather.
International orders
Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country are your responsibility. Please check your country’s rules on food and sports nutrition imports before ordering. We can’t refund orders that are held, returned or destroyed by customs.
Wrong address or failed delivery
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we’ll contact you. Re-shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7 working days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us and we’ll sort it out with the courier. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
