Can I take ELEC Stamina with sports drink, gels, QC Stamina or Katsuo Stamina?

Yes. They can be used in the same race plan because they serve different purposes. Count sodium from all sources, including sports drinks and QC Stamina, so you do not accidentally double your planned electrolyte intake.
